Tamesis Development Ltd works on London property — maintenance, repairs and refurbishment. Plumbing runs through nearly all of it, so we built a dedicated team around it rather than subcontracting it out.
That background is the reason we care about the parts of the job trades usually treat as optional: arriving when we said we would, giving a price before the work rather than after it, and leaving the place clean enough that you can’t tell we were there.
The office is in Fulham. Our engineers work out from there across Greater London, for homeowners, tenants, landlords, managing agents and commercial premises.

Our engineers are DBS checked. That matters when someone is coming into your home, and more so in tenanted and managed buildings.

You get a price for the work before an engineer begins. If something behind the wall changes the job, we stop and talk to you rather than press on and bill you for it afterwards.
