Customer reviews
New toilet fitted — pain-free experience
“Max was extremely kind and flexible — the first toilet was too big so he came back an hour later with a smaller one and stayed into the evening to fit it. Also heat-dried the floor and resealed a small leak. Highly recommended!”

Fast, transparent emergency drainage repair
“Amir Qome and Mohsen arrived within 20 minutes. They texted updates, sent photos/videos of every important step, put in temporary safety measures and completed a fragile, complex job in 4.5 hours — at a lower price than previous invoices. I’ll only use this company from now on.”
Ellie Castano
Brilliant boiler service from start to finish
“Arrived on time, very respectful and professional, worked quickly, and left everything clean and tidy after fixing the boiler. Really appreciated how efficient and hassle-free the whole job was. Would definitely recommend.”

“Initially changed our pump for our water pressure (advised from a previous plumber), but that didn't solve our problem. Diako at Ninja Plumbers sorted out the issue the next week for a very reasonable price! Our water pressure now works perfectly!”

Looking for a new toilet, not a repair? Fitting a new toilet, swapping an old one, or moving a WC is a different job to a repair — see toilet installation. See toilet installation →
Usually one part, not a new toilet
A running or leaking toilet is nearly always a worn valve or seal. We tell you which it is, agree the price, and only suggest replacing the toilet when a repair genuinely isn’t worth it.
-
A running toilet is not harmless
A cistern that keeps refilling can waste hundreds of litres a day, which shows up on a water meter. It is usually a cheap part and a short visit to fix.
-
Macerator toilets are a different job
A Saniflo or macerator toilet fails differently to a standard gravity flush — often the pump rather than the pan. Tell us it is a macerator when you call so the right parts come with the engineer.
-
Want a new toilet rather than a repair?
If the toilet is old, cracked, or simply due an upgrade rather than a fix, that is an installation rather than a repair — see the link below.
No mystery, no surprise invoice
-
Tell us about the toilet
Call, send the form, or WhatsApp us a photo. If it’s a macerator, say so, and the engineer arrives with the right parts.
-
We agree the price first
You get a price for the repair before an engineer starts. If it turns out to need more than a valve, we stop and tell you.
-
Repaired, tested, tidied
The fault is fixed, the flush and fill tested, and the bathroom left as we found it.

Questions
Why does my toilet keep running?
Usually a worn flush valve or fill valve that is not sealing properly, letting the cistern keep topping up. It is normally an inexpensive part and a short visit.
Can a leaking cistern cause water damage?
Yes, particularly on an upstairs bathroom, where a slow cistern leak can go unnoticed until it marks the ceiling below. Worth fixing promptly rather than waiting.
Do you fix macerator toilets?
Yes, including Saniflo and similar macerator units — tell us it is a macerator when you call so the engineer arrives with the right parts.
How much does a toilet repair cost?
It depends what has failed — call the booking line and describe the problem and we will tell you before booking.
