Save your small jobs up
A dripping tap, a loose toilet seat and a radiator that will not heat are three separate call-outs if you book them separately. Give us the list and one visit usually covers the lot.

Low pressure is usually one of three things
A scaled shower head or tap aerator, a partly closed valve somewhere on the run, or an undersized supply pipe in older London stock. We check in that order, cheapest first.

Know where your stopcock is
Usually under the kitchen sink or near the front door. If yours is seized — and plenty are — that is worth fixing on a planned visit rather than discovering it during an emergency.

The work is finished, tested and cleared up. Gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers and certificated where it needs to be.

Will you come out for one small job?
Yes. Small jobs are quoted the same way as large ones and are often finished on the first visit. There is no minimum job size.
How quickly can you come?
Same-week appointments are standard. If it is actively leaking, call the booking line and we will tell you honestly how fast we can be there.
Do you work for landlords and agents?
Yes. Tell us the tenant’s number alongside yours and we will arrange access and keep them informed directly.
How much does a plumber cost?
It depends on the job. Call and describe it, or send the form, and you get a price before anything is booked.
